Clean, efficient, strongly recommended if services are needed in east county.

Just recently decided to move storages from u-haul to rockville and im very pleased! I was able to compare sizes/ prices online and even reserve one. Then upon arrival it was a quick contactless process to complete everything. Every entrance requires a code to get in, very clean and well kept!

Wonderful, helpful and respectful staff and clean facility. Reasonable rates. Enough said.

So far I love this Place! The price is right! And I got 1/2 off for the 1st 4 months! You can't beat that! I have not had a drive up storage since I was a kid, the early 80's with the family and WOW, how much cleaner then I remember and safer. Thank you David Lesh for making this crazy time for my family so much easier. No stress with doing the lease. This guy should get a raise! I will be telling everyone I know that needs storage about this place.

They have impeccable security with camera covering every single square inch of their vast property and the price is very reasonable - I believe they offered me half price for the first three months! I definitely recommend Rockvill Storage, especially for long term storage.

I researched several storage places. Was so happy to find Rockvill Storage. The people are wonderful , kind and helpful (especially Cassandra) the prices are very reasonable. The property is brand new, I highly recommend Rockvill storage.

Very nice buildings. Climate control kept my cigars at a good temp inside the building. Was pleasantly surprised. For reference I rarely give 5 stars.

On my first visit here I met Cassandra and she took me into the big building and let me look for a storage unit that would be the right size for my move. She was friendly, caring, and very thoughtful in helping me in my search for the perfect space. She answered all my questions and was really a great guide in this newly, clean, temp controlled atmosphere. I really liked that it has a big elevator to the second floor. My last place only had an elevator for stuff not people. I had to walk up and down a lot. So I found the exact space I wanted and she held it for me. When I moved in I met Jonathan and he was also very friendly and helpful. During the move I drank a lot of liquids since it was hot outside and was very happy they had a bathroom here. It was very clean. The entire Lobby, to the buildings for storage are very clean. Jonathan set me up with my code and answered all my questions as well. I am really happy that I came to Rockvill for my storage needs because not only being a new and clean place but they have the right kind of people in charge of making sure it is a welcoming center, as you can tell by the mammoth and clean lobby! (and mints!) I love this place.

I have been looking for reasonable storage for several weeks. I found Rockvill and spoke with onsite customer service David and found him extremely helpful. He made the process easy and answered my questions; the property and storage units is so clean and neat. Love this.

I've only been a tenant for a few days, but so far this place is great! Climate controlled, great rent price, and incredibly helpful staff. I have to single out storage consultant Jonathan Smith. It was really hot when I arrived that day and I asked if I could refill my water bottle, and Jonathan just got me a new ice-cold bottle out of their fridge. Then he assisted me in unloading a big and heavy electronic organ, and loading it into my unit. Great experience all around!

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.Staff here are super friendly and make the experience very easy. The facility was easy to maneuver and was very clean. I was able to make an appointment, come into the property and sign my paperwork and start moving into my new unit in less than 20 minutes. Prices are great. Jonathan Smith, Storage Consultant was super helpful.

New, clean, security cameras, coded gate entry, easy access to your space even with a large motorhome, RV wash area, RV dump station easy access from a quiet street....awesome. Best place I've ever had to store my RV.

They're the only storage company in all of SD who was generously offered 1/2 off for the 1st 3 months. It was a right on time Blessing for me. The staff are professional & politely offered me a cold bottle of water when I moved.... I Sincerely LCollins

just switched over from extra space and boy do I feel so much more security and more space available for a great difference in price. from the moment I walked up and saw the all around camera system,I knew my stuff would be in great hands. also the rv/wash station is pretty convenient for when i come home from the desert trips

Thanks guys are awesome! I have to give a shout out to Cassandra for her diligence; she helped me understand the difference in sizes, which was an enormous benefit to my family and the military. If their entire staff is as sound as Cassandra, these guys are destined for greatest. Thanks again!

This business is fantastic!!! From staff to ownership, and upkeep of the property. Would highly recommend for your storage or packing supplies. They also rent u-hauls!

This place is great and friendly staff. Hard to get excited about storage but this place isn't like most storage places. Its bright, clean, and super secure. Best part are the temperature controlled storage units in any size you need.
