Customer Reviews

Above excellence! Their facility is amazingly clean and has a wash station for cars and RVs . Raymond the Manager does great job explaining and guiding you through the process. All the other staff is great and helpful as well too !!!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Answered all my questions and made our decision to use them extremely easy. Beautiful facility with great security. Would highly recommend for any moving necessities or storage needs.

Better prices and buildings than my old place! Inside, clean and large doors. Wish I came sooner!

Best storage around! Air conditioned even!

It’s been a great location for storage. I’m happy with my rate and everything is very secure

Very clean facility that is easy to navigate. The employees are friendly and extra helpful. Highly recommended!

Good customer service.

Great storage and customer!! Prices are reasonable!

Great customer service, value, and I was able to save even more by renting one of their uhaul trucks.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Rockvill Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the customer service. Raymond and Jesus went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution for my needs. Their attention to detail and willingness to answer every question made me feel valued as a customer. As someone who works in customer service, I can recognize when people truly care, and Raymond and Jesus absolutely do. Their kindness, patience, and dedication made all the difference. If you're looking for a storage facility with exceptional service and people who genuinely care, I highly recommend Rockvill Storage. Thank you, Raymond and Jesus, for such a positive experience!

Wow, absolutely beautiful facility! When I walked in, I thought I was at the Ritz Carlton reservation desk as I have never seen a front counter so spacious! Clean floors, clean smelling, just a hidden gem of a storage facility! And AC, yes they have that too! Thank you very much!

By far the best experience I've had dealing with a storage unit company. John took my drop off at the closing time Raymond gave me all the info I needed to cut my moving costs by half by scheduling the most cost-effective route to getting everything knocked out. I went in there only needing to pick up an auto transport. I ended up scheduling/pickingup my moving truck, auto transport at this location and got a great deal on storage unit for our extra stuff while we wrap up our move. Great neighborhood, safe storage, high quality unit, great staff. Highly recommend this storage site.

Iam going to be honest I just love this place the hrs to access the location and the security is a plus and best of all the prices are very affordable.

Had a great experience with Raymond setting me up with a unit !

1st day utilizing their service and let me say how awesome the accommodations and service was from Mr Jesus Garcia. Total Professional! The time it took from walking in, signing up, utilization instructions, the rules and inspecting my unit. Less than 10 mins (estimated). You can tell the employees really enjoy their job here and are very well taken care of! VERY IMPRESSED and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Support this LOCAL business because they really care about yours!

I was in a bind this Christmas trying to get things loaded up to take back to my home in Missouri. I couldn't get anyone to help me load my king size mattress so I attempted to do it myself. Well it turned out just as you would expect. One of the guys in the office gave me an extra hand getting it onto the top of my vehicle. Saved the day. Thanks Rockville Storage!

The guys who run this place are very professional and treat you like family. The management is always moving and shaking things up here and keeping it clean and organized. Thank you for all you do guys. The prices are great.

Rented out a U-Haul from here for work purposes and from start to finish these guys were great and extremely helpful. When returning my rental, Raymond the super star he is, was on top of everything! Super quick getting me checked in, helping me get all the small details ironed out so that there was less hassle for both of us, and extremely professional. 10/10 going to recommend this place for anyone looking to rent a U-Haul. I recommend going to the counter and asking for the one guy that can get you in and out with zero hassle, Raymond Sapiera!

JUST RENTED A 10 X 10 STORAGE UNIT. CLEAN FACILITY. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The guys that work the desk are rock solid. Never had an issue with anything. Will continue to stay here and highly recommend them.

Honestly, the nicest people to deal with. Great facility, and they keep it extremely clean. The prices for the units I find to be very fair seeing as we live in a very expensive city. And to me the affordability is even better knowing that the facility is new and always being maintained! Thanks guys

Love this storage location. I had a bad experience with a different chain facility before moving here. The staff is great, the storage units are new and clean, the prices are better than most and everyone I’ve met is helpful and friendly. The only thing that you need to be aware of is the buildings and gates automatically lock at 9 pm for safety so you have to plan accordingly. A small trade off for having peace of mind knowing everything is safe. They also rent U-hauls which saved having to pay extra miles to move everything.

Great facility very clean , customer service was great , I have been threw a few storage places over the years and so far this place has been the best one yet

VERY NICE FAMILY PEOPLE & GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

As having been a self storage manager in the past I know what it takes to maintain a large facility inside and out. Rockvill Rv & Storage of Santee is top of the line. The state of the art technology surpassed my expectations when I first moved in. It took me a minute to figure out my hallway but the hallways are designed in such a way that the carts flow down them Example the hallway and driveway were made at an angle that the cart travels in the right direction without putting much effort into pushing the cart. Fast and friendly service! Lobby is awesome, storage facilities and clean and easily accessible. Customer service was fast and friendly. Definitely recommend for your storage needs.

Excellent customer service!! Excellent clean facilities!

The place is well kept and maintained, inside temperature is very pleasant and the most important part is the staff are great and very helpful and flexible.caters the real need of the renter I would recommend it to my friends and family,I will rate it 10 stars if Google has it

New facility, very clean and secure. It was easy to reserve a unit online and check in was great customer service, I would definitely recommend.

I went here to pick up a Uhal trailer I rented. The trailer was The same size as the truck 12x6 and had no gas or mileage to worry about just towing. The staff was friendly and professional. Quickly checked me in and hooked up my trailer to my truck and off we went. We kept the trailer an extra day, with no problems. They charged my card the correct amount and emailed my receipt. I will definitely use them again if I need a Uhal.

(Translated by Google) I've been using this storage unit for almost a year now and it still feels brand new. The whole place is kept very clean, my unit is in the climate-controlled area and I can be comfortable there until 9 pm, which is very convenient. The door has a personalized code, and the staff is always friendly and cheerful. My only regret is not knowing about them sooner.

Very pleased with this storage facility and staff. I do wish it wad open a little later.

This is my second time renting a space here. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The property is like no other in that it offers many options for sizes and other perks. Thanks for offering such a good deal.

Great place, I’ve rented a van and it was ready sooner than I was expecting it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, this place looks very safe.

Very clean friendly employees very reasonable prices

Easy to reserve online, description was perfect. No waiting to rent, everything was great. Fast, friendly, and professional. Thank you very much.

Top-Notch Storage Facility with Exceptional Service! I recently secured a new storage unit at Rockvill Storage, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stumbled upon this gem in Santee, I knew I was in for a treat. The premises resemble more of a park than a typical storage facility, with impeccably manicured grounds setting the stage for a pleasant experience. One aspect that truly sets Rockvill Storage apart is the exceptional cleanliness and the warm professionalism of the staff. From the initial inquiry to finally stepping foot into my new unit, the entire process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The staff members were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to assist me in securing a space in their upcoming new building. I was fortunate to be one of the first renters in their new building, a spacious and climate-controlled unit that perfectly met my needs. The staff kept me informed every step of the way and ensured that I was promptly notified when the unit became available. The efficiency and dedication of the team made the entire rental process seamless and enjoyable. I cannot recommend Rockvill Storage enough - their location, staff, and facilities are truly impeccable. If you are in search of a storage solution that offers not only top-notch amenities but also exceptional customer service, look no further than Rockvill Storage. My experience with them has been nothing short of outstanding, and I am confident that they will continue to uphold their stellar reputation in the industry.

Nice storage facility, great amenities like dump station and wash station. A vacuum station would be a nice addition.

nice & clean, pulse everyone is so nice

I had a great inital experience when renting my storage unit at the Santee location. Raymond was more then accommodating to my needs, took me on a tour to view the different units and signed me up providing one of the best customer services I have received. So far I am very please and highly recommend this place when storing. Oh FYI they have RV parking and also offer self car wash service which is a bonus.

Psyed my bill in and out nice people good storage units?? Happy I moved y storage hear

Nice place, good value for the price (compared to some other nearby facilities). And decent gate hours. I only wish they sprayed more often for spiders. When I first rented here, I walked straight into a spiderweb hanging in the middle of the empty unit and later found a dead spider body right outside the rollup door. Also, my friend, who was helping me move, punched my code into the keypad to exit the facility, and a gigantic spider crawled onto his hand. For someone who is extremely arachnophobic - not a huge fan of these incidents.

Everything went smoothly with our move. Great facility. Thank you Raymond and Jonathan!

They were very helpful with making sure we picked the right size unit. It is clean and pretty secure.

Smooth transition of

The people in this location were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to others needing moving services.

Nice facility located right off the highway. Very clean and quiet. Managed to move the remains of one storage unit into another (both rented by same person) to consolidate his items. A truly masterful event only rivaled by the Cirque du Soleil or the feng shui organizers of reality tv fame (see photo of unit packed to ceiling lol).

My wife and I recently rented a space at this location in Santee. It is very affordable, secure, new & well maintained. Excellent lighting, good access and helpfull staff. Met staff member Jesus Garcia, who was extremely helpful in filling out our rental application, then showing us around, and helped us acquire several storage boxes. Please check this location first before renting elsewhere. Mr. and Mrs. F. & MJ. Martin.

Awesome facility. It will serve all your storage needs.

Great clean place to store you’re items, boats, tv classic cars. 10x30 unit with small rent increases Annually. Storage was well worth it when I rented 3-4 years ago and still have l. They go immediately

It was great

Nice size storage

Very nice storage facility. Feels very secure and safe. Love that you have to have code to enter gates and buildings. Staff is very friendly

Been here five years love the units

This is a nice, well run & maintained facility.

Friendly service

Very friendly ,very clean, and trust that my personal property will be kept safe! Best prices in town

Clean and professional with really good staff that work to make u feel happy every time u pull out of the lot. Coo group of guys and I'm sure 99.66666666% of customers feel the same

Awesome people, very friendly and helpful. Easy transaction and they had the U-Haul equipment ready. The facility is very clean.

Best rates, good access hours, and secure! Newer faculty as well. If I had anything thing negative to say it would be there are not enough carts. That part makes moving stuff impossible at times. Bring yourself a hand truck if you have access to one.

I wish it was a 24 hours but they do have a drive up storages for industrial and enterprises!

SECURE-CLEAN-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This storage facility is a bit more in price then others but you get what you pay for-a clean unit with 3 layers of security to store your cherished items! Would have gave 5 stars but you only have til 8:45 pm to unload or pick up your stuff otherwise you face a penalty fee for being there after hours.

My experience was with Raymond Sapiera and it was a great experience! He was very kind and helpful. I was looking for a unit sometime in advance and there were only 2nd or 3rd floor units available. However, one on the first floor opened up and he was kind enough to call me to see if I wanted it, and I did!! The place was very clean, and everyone was nice. I shopped around and I feel the price is great as well.

Place is amazing great staff and amazing deals. I highly recommend this place

Worked with Jesus and he was very helpful. I like how this location does the first 3 months half off and then if you’re military after that they give you a military discount. Easy to work with and they are available from 0800-1700 but the gate is open 0500-2100.

Very nice and clean facility. The staff is very helpful. Love the place.

I have rented a uhaul from Rockville several times over the years and every experience I’ve had has been a great one! Excellent customer service, great communication and very accommodating! You guys are awesome! Thanks again for your help and flexibility! -Joe L

Very nice storage facility, offers many amenities...always clean.

Just signed up! Will update after we use unit !

Good service! Prices are ok. Clean and safety.

Great customer service by staff. Clean facility, close to the freeway, so easily accessible. It is an outdoor facility, so you can drive up to your space. Prices are inline with the market rate. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they ran out of locks to purchase. You need either a disk or cylinder lock. This is normal with a great deal of self storage facilities. Will update review when I'm able to purchase a lock. Other than that, everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend.

Great friendly service and we were able to store our belongings right away.

I have family that rent and have rented here previously. I recently found myself needing to rent one as well. Thanks to the helpful and kind front office staff I was able to walk in (4:45pm ish) I was greeted by Jonathan at the front desk whom immediately took me to view a few units. Upon making my decision we did a little simple paperwork, I made a payment and made Jonathan aware of my family referral and VIOLA! I was able to begin unloading my truck. Thanks again and know I greatly appreciate the team for keeping things clean and secure on site.

Nice facilty clean friendy staff

Clean, efficient, strongly recommended if services are needed in east county.

Just recently decided to move storages from u-haul to rockville and im very pleased! I was able to compare sizes/ prices online and even reserve one. Then upon arrival it was a quick contactless process to complete everything. Every entrance requires a code to get in, very clean and well kept!

Wonderful, helpful and respectful staff and clean facility. Reasonable rates. Enough said.

Place is clean

Great facility, location, pricing, and super friendly, customer service oriented - employees!

Excellent service from David and Jon. Courteous, professional and well-informed - may the renting experience easy. RV Storage area is clean, well-maintained with wide drive aisles, dump station, water and propane available.

Best storage facility I've rented from. Lose cost, friendly staff, very clean, awesome gate hours, overall a great place to store your belongings, car(s), truck(s), RV, boat, fifth wheel, or toyhaulers. Highly recommended?

Best storage place around. For sure

Nice and clean place. Its new

Not bad so far more to come

So far I love this Place! The price is right! And I got 1/2 off for the 1st 4 months! You can't beat that! I have not had a drive up storage since I was a kid, the early 80's with the family and WOW, how much cleaner then I remember and safer. Thank you David Lesh for making this crazy time for my family so much easier. No stress with doing the lease. This guy should get a raise! I will be telling everyone I know that needs storage about this place.

Family has storage there they address a new place but seams cool so far so good

So clean and polite! They're always so friendly and their storage units are spotless! I even met a guy who trusts them enough to store three of his treasured classic cars in these units. They have impeccable security with camera covering every single square inch of their vast property and the price is very reasonable - I believe they offered me half price for the first three months! I definitely recommend Rockvill Storage, especially for long term storage.

Excellent service, very clean!

Priced right Clean, and secure. Great staff.

This place is great the facility is state-of-the-art climate controlled unit access until 9 p.m.

I researched several storage places. Was so happy to find Rockvill Storage. The people are wonderful , kind and helpful (especially Cassandra) the prices are very reasonable. The property is brand new, I highly recommend Rockvill storage.

Big nice place

Very nice buildings. Climate control kept my cigars at a good temp inside the building. Was pleasantly surprised. For reference I rarely give 5 stars.

This place is super clean and the people here are very helpful. Jonathan helped us with our storage unit he even took the time to show us where it was located and made sure we knew how to work the keypad. Thank you Jonathan!!

I love this place great storage very clean, cheap wonderful customer service !

Super clean place, nice large super clean restrooms.

On my first visit here I met Cassandra and she took me into the big building and let me look for a storage unit that would be the right size for my move. She was friendly, caring, and very thoughtful in helping me in my search for the perfect space. She answered all my questions and was really a great guide in this newly, clean, temp controlled atmosphere. I really liked that it has a big elevator to the second floor. My last place only had an elevator for stuff not people. I had to walk up and down a lot. So I found the exact space I wanted and she held it for me. When I moved in I met Jonathan and he was also very friendly and helpful. During the move I drank a lot of liquids since it was hot outside and was very happy they had a bathroom here. It was very clean. The entire Lobby, to the buildings for storage are very clean. Jonathan set me up with my code and answered all my questions as well. I am really happy that I came to Rockvill for my storage needs because not only being a new and clean place but they have the right kind of people in charge of making sure it is a welcoming center, as you can tell by the mammoth and clean lobby! (and mints!) I love this place.

The office tean is very friendly and helpful. The hours are great! Always very clean... I would recommend to my friends and family!

I have been looking for reasonable storage for several weeks. I found Rockvill and spoke with onsite customer service David and found him extremely helpful. He made the process easy and answered my questions; the property and storage units is so clean and neat. Love this.

I've only been a tenant for a few days, but so far this place is great! Climate controlled, great rent price, and incredibly helpful staff. I have to single out storage consultant Jonathan Smith. It was really hot when I arrived that day and I asked if I could refill my water bottle, and Jonathan just got me a new ice-cold bottle out of their fridge. Then he assisted me in unloading a big and heavy electronic organ, and loading it into my unit. Great experience all around!

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.Staff here are super friendly and make the experience very easy. The facility was easy to maneuver and was very clean. I was able to make an appointment, come into the property and sign my paperwork and start moving into my new unit in less than 20 minutes. Prices are great. Jonathan Smith, Storage Consultant was super helpful.

They're the only storage company in all of SD who was generously offered 1/2 off for the 1st 3 months. It was a right on time Blessing for me. The staff are professional & politely offered me a cold bottle of water when I moved.... I Sincerely LCollins

Just rented a brand new storage unit and am very happy with the facility. Cassandra was delightful to work with; all staff seem very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks, Rockvill Self Storage team!

Very helpful, amazing staff!

Clean facility. Perfectly secured. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Johnathan! Definitely recommend this place.

Super nice facility; very clean with helpful, accommodating staff- very secure as well.

just switched over from extra space and boy do I feel so much more security and more space available for a great difference in price. from the moment I walked up and saw the all around camera system,I knew my stuff would be in great hands. also the rv/wash station is pretty convenient for when i come home from the desert trips

I’m excited to start my storage here. This place is super clean and camera monitored. I will feel safe storing my things here.

Thanks guys are awesome! I have to give a shout out to Cassandra for her diligence; she helped me understand the difference in sizes, which was an enormous benefit to my family and the military. If their entire staff is as sound as Cassandra, these guys are destined for greatest. Thanks again!

This business is fantastic!!! From staff to ownership, and upkeep of the property. Would highly recommend for your storage or packing supplies. They also rent u-hauls!

This place is great and friendly staff. Hard to get excited about storage but this place isn't like most storage places. Its bright, clean, and super secure. Best part are the temperature controlled storage units in any size you need.

Everything is new and clean. Friendly staff. Big place, great RV storage.

Great storage facility! The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

Clean and safe storage facility. Also Daniel, Hector and Jonathan are amazing people to work with. 10 out of 10 will rent again !

Such a nice addition to the area! Hector and Daniel were friendly, organized, and great to work with. The facility itself is clean and secure. I'm happy to be renting a storage unit at Rockvill.

Five-star experience! This brand-new self-storage facility is clean, secure, and offers excellent climate-controlled units. Hector provided outstanding customer service—he was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and easy. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great storage option!

Wow! This facility is nice and brand new! I live in the Temecula area and haven't seen many options for storage and knowing that this is an air-conditioned facility, sign me up, oh wait, I already did! The staff there are so nice and show that they care, I feel like that's a rare find these days. I took a tour of the different options they had and the process of signing up was so easy and smooth, I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you to Hector and Daniel for answering my many questions and being so helpful.
